- Face-to-face participation is free of charge for the congress. There is no participation or submission fee for participants attending the congress in person.
- Participants from outside Türkiye, whether attending face-to-face or online, will not be required to pay any fees for participation or for presenting their papers at the congress.
- Online participants presenting a paper from within Türkiye will be required to pay a fee of 40 USD.
